McCandless Township Real Estate Market Review for 2012

The Pittsburgh Real Estate Market weathered the troubled housing years fairly well, with no wild fluctuations in prices and fewer foreclosures and short sales as compared to the national average. In the northern suburbs, 2012 brought with it a decrease in overall housing inventory with a resultant rise in prices. We saw bidding wars for some houses in certain locations and price ranges and an increase in buyer traffic (fueled by the historically low mortgage rates). It was FUN to be a Realtor again! Take a looks at my McCandless Township Real Estate Year in Review video and please let me know if you would like an in-depth analysis of your particular market or home--always happy to help.
